At SABER College, the Safety and Emergency Preparedness framework is established to promote a secure, healthy, and well prepared campus environment for students, faculty, staff, and visitors. In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, the College maintains clearly defined procedures for accident response, emergency communication, evacuation, and disaster preparedness. These procedures are designed to support the protection of life, the continuity of operations, and the orderly management of emergency situations.
This section provides an overview of the institutional policies and protocols that guide campus safety operations, including fire prevention measures, emergency response actions, severe weather preparedness, and public health contingencies. Roles and responsibilities are clearly defined to ensure timely decision making, effective communication, and coordinated action during emergency situations. Regular testing, documentation, and evaluation of emergency response and evacuation procedures support continuous improvement, risk mitigation, and ongoing regulatory compliance.
For detailed procedures, assigned responsibilities, and implementation guidelines, readers are encouraged to download the full Safety and Emergency Preparedness document above. The complete document contains comprehensive information applicable to all members of the SABER College community and should be reviewed regularly.
